A founding partner of Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh LLP, Graham specializes in complex real property matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.

Graham’s real estate experience includes the acquisition and sale of shopping centers and office buildings, the development of large-scale campuses for high-tech Silicon Valley corporations, the development of luxury condominium projects, the redevelopment of depressed inner-city areas, Section 1031 “tax-deferred” exchanges, landlord and tenant representation in large-scale commercial leasing, environmental and land use representation, and condominium development and operation.

Additionally, Graham’s financing practice includes the representation of commercial lenders and individual and corporate borrowers in construction, permanent and off-balance-sheet financing, workouts, bankruptcy, and foreclosure. His practice also includes the representation of both landlords and tenants in rental arbitrations. Graham has lectured on real estate issues for the Continuing Education area of the California State Bar.
