Sale of Gilead Sciences Campus , Foster City

We represented EOP in the disposition for $125 million of a 16-building office and R&D complex in Foster City, California. The purchaser was Gilead Sciences. Tom Prestwich headed up our transaction team, assisted by Karin Church and Rita Schuman.
