We negotiated a joint venture agreement for our client Tishman Speyer with the Evans Company for the development and construction of a 230 unit condominium project at 601 King Street, San Francisco. Anticipated costs of the project are $80 million. Graham Maloney headed up our transaction team.

Acquisition of 532 Folsom Street
