Rebecca practices trusts and estates law as a partner with Greene Radovsky. She prepares a broad range of estate plans, including revocable trusts, wills, dynasty trusts, qualified residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and charitable trusts. She also advises trustees, corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries on all aspects of trust administration, and represents clients in probate court, both in the probate and trust administration settings. Rebecca has experience advising clients on antenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
