Gregory Novotny

Greg, a partner of the firm, joined Greene Radovsky Maloney Share & Hennigh LLP in October of 2005. Greg specializes in federal and state income tax law in the corporate, individual, and pass-through entity context. He has substantial experience representing clients in a wide range of transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, and the formation of corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. Greg also advises individuals and businesses in a variety of tax and legal issues, with a special emphasis on Section 1031 like-kind exchanges and nonqualified deferred compensation (including Section 409A).
