Mark Hennigh represented RES Construction L.P. in the recent completion of the 91.5-megawatt wind powered electric generation facility located in Sweetwater, Texas. The facility was placed in service in January of 2005. The project was composed of 61 1.5-megawatt GE Wind Energy turbines.
Lease of 560 Mission Street
We represented Chase H&Q (now JP Morgan Chase) in its lease of the entire building at 560 Mission Street, San Francisco (655,000 square feet). At the time, the lease was the largest in the history of San Francisco. Mark Hennigh and Graham Maloney assisted JP Morgan in negotiating the lease.
