We represented Chase H&Q (now JP Morgan Chase) in its lease of the entire building at 560 Mission Street, San Francisco (655,000 square feet). At the time, the lease was the largest in the history of San Francisco. Mark Hennigh and Graham Maloney assisted JP Morgan in negotiating the lease.
